Easy Cajun Marinated Chicken

Ingredients

• 1 – 2 pounds chicken drumsticks, or other cut of chicken

Marinade

1. 1 tbsp ketchup
2. 1/3 cup oil
3. 3 tbsp vinegar
4. 1 tsp Italian seasoning
5. 1 tsp garlic powder
6. ¼ tsp black pepper
7. 1 and ½ tbsp Cajun seasoning
8. dash of salt

Instructions

1. Place chicken in a large self-closing plastic bag and pour in marinade.
2. Marinate chicken for 10 – 20 minutes or for up to 3 hours for stronger flavor.
3. Grill chicken 10 – 14 minutes or until done.
